The larger mounting bracket gets attached to the rear of your TV or Screen using either the 75mm x 75mm apart holes or the 100mm x 100mm holes. 4 x M4 screws are included that fit the standard threads in the rear of the screens.
The screen bracket then slides down into the wall bracket.
